At Remote, we’re reimagining how global teams operate — and as an AI Analyst in our SDR Program, you’ll play a critical role in transforming our internal Go-To-Market engine. This role focuses on building AI/ML-powered tools and automations that empower our Sales and Revenue teams to work smarter, faster, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate SDR workflows: Design systems to streamline prospecting, outreach, and qualification tasks end-to-end.

• Build intelligent GTM workflows: Architect multi-layered automation that uses market signals, internal data, and AI logic to trigger sales actions across channels.

• Develop custom AI/ML models: Train and fine-tune models (e.g., LLMs) to generate personalized outreach and automate interactions.

• Integrate with GTM tools: Ensure seamless connection to platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, and Clay to maintain consistency and scale.

• Prototype and iterate fast: Rapidly test new ideas, run A/B experiments, and optimize based on data and feedback.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to identify problems, gather input, and ensure adoption of solutions.
